2. Authenticity Guarantee & Provenance Passports

RareCart guarantees that 100% of the products offered on our catalog are authentic, genuine, and directly procured from official European boutiques, brand boutiques, or authorized international distributors:

• Every item is accompanied by a physical RareCart Provenance Passport containing verifiable factory batch codes, lot numbers, and serial validation credentials.
• Shipments are sealed with tamper-evident security holographic seals. Tampering with or removing the security seal prior to inspection forfeits return eligibility.

3. All-Inclusive Transparent Pricing

All prices listed on RareCart are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are completely all-inclusive:

• Prices include all applicable taxes, Integrated Goods and Services Tax (IGST), and express logistics.
• Zero Doorstep Surcharges: You will never be asked to pay unexpected courier clearance fees, hidden handling charges, or delivery tariffs upon arrival.

4. Orders, Verification & Doorstep COD

We offer both encrypted online payment methods (UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking) and Doorstep Cash on Delivery (COD):

• To safeguard against fraudulent orders, high-value Cash on Delivery transactions (orders exceeding ₹20,000) may require telephone or OTP verification prior to air dispatch.
• RareCart reserves the right to cancel any order if verification fails, or in instances of suspected fraudulent activity.

5. Insured Air Express Logistics

All items are flown via dedicated climate-controlled air freight and distributed through premier Indian courier partners (Blue Dart, Delhivery, DHL Express).

Standard metro deliveries are completed within 2 to 4 business days post-verification. Every parcel is 100% insured against loss or transit damage until physical handover to you.

6. 7-Day Replacement & Seal Policy

We provide a transparent 7-day replacement guarantee for any item received in damaged condition, with missing components, or exhibiting verifiable batch discrepancies:

• Intact Tamper Seals: To protect hygiene and provenance, luxury perfumes, cosmetics, and horological calibers must retain their original unopened cellophane and tamper-proof security seals.
• Unboxing Video: For high-value timepieces and leathercraft, patrons are advised to record a continuous unboxing video upon courier delivery to expedite any transit claim.
• Replacements are dispatched free of charge upon physical inspection at our Mumbai logistics hub.

7. Atelier Intellectual Property & Independent Retail Disclaimer

RareCart Luxury is an independent luxury procurement platform. Brand names, logos, registered trademarks, and design patents (e.g. MFK, Rolex, Hermès, Audemars Piguet, Creed, Prada) belong entirely to their respective copyright and trademark holders. Reference to these brands is solely for descriptive purposes to identify genuine luxury merchandise.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal dispute arising out of or in connection with transactions on RareCart shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
